This site is a small independent venture for selling my bubble solution packets. I have no formal business experience and may occasionally make mistakes. Because I value fairness, I offer refunds under certain conditions to ensure no one loses money due to errors or unforeseen issues.

By purchasing these packets, you acknowledge the possibility of minor mistakes. While I am not a large business, I am committed to providing fair refunds in the following situations:

Non-Delivery or Shipping Delays – If you do not receive your order or if it takes more than 30 days to arrive after you were notified that I mailed your item, you may request a refund.

Damaged Items – If your packets arrive significantly damaged and are unusable for making giant bubble juice (e.g., spilled powder resulting in insufficient product), you may request a refund.

To request a refund, please use the Contact page and include specific details about your issue. For example, rather than stating, “I didn’t receive my order in time,” please specify the number of days it took to arrive. If your request is due to damage, I may ask for photos to verify the issue before issuing a refund.

Refunds for reasons beyond those listed are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
